California Chapter

“From serving as Lone Soldiers to becoming a united community: How camaraderie and support in California is making a difference for our IDF Lone Soldier Veterans.”

Since October 7, more than 30,000 reservists and foreign volunteers have gone to serve in the IDF. The number of Lone Soldiers returning from active combat is beyond anything we’ve seen in the past.

Returning soldiers need therapeutic services, career opportunities and a community of veterans with whom to process their experiences.

Nevut LA Chapter is on a mission to support our returning veterans as they transition back into civilian life after their military service.

Our Community

Case Management – Providing mental health support and referrals to psychiatry and psychology services to our LA veterans.

Tzemed Program – Nevut’s Buddy System, where two LA veterans are paired together to connect and support one another.

Workshops – LA veterans participate in sessions tailored to provide mental health assistance for reintegrating into civilian life. These workshops also offer training to effectively address the challenges faced by veterans, promoting their overall well-being and successful transition.

Meetups provide opportunities for veterans to network together and address the challenges encountered by veterans, offering practical solutions and support.

Spouses of LA veterans have their own network for support and assistance.

Parents of LA soldiers and veterans connect to share resources and support.

Your donation will go to support the incredible life-changing programs for IDF Lone soldier veterans in the Nevut California Chapter. Your donation is tax-deductible.
