Third Part: Mental Health Challenges and Suicide Prevention

In the midst of the ongoing war in Israel, the psychological well-being of individuals, particularly parents, spouses, and soldiers, has become a paramount concern. Recognizing the profound impact of such conflicts on mental health, Nevut is introducing a comprehensive training program in Psychological First Aid. This training aims to equip participants with essential skills to support and provide psychological assistance to those affected by the war.

Eric will lead an instructive session on suicide prevention and addressing various mental health challenges. The training will equip participants with the necessary skills to identify signs of distress and provide guidance on the appropriate questions to ask and how to ask them. The focus will be on fostering a supportive environment and effectively addressing mental health difficulties.
